Who I am

I am Greta Saikaviciene. I run Glow & Glam GS, a makeup, lash and brow studio in Bedford. If you get in touch or book a treatment with me, I am the person responsible for your information.

What I collect

Only what I need to book you in and look after you:

your name, and a phone number or email address so I can reply
the treatment you want, the date, and any notes about the look you are after
anything you tell me about allergies or skin sensitivity before a treatment, which I use only to keep you safe

There is no form on this website that quietly gathers your details. If I have your information, it is because you sent it to me.

Booking through Fresha

If you book online you are taken to Fresha, a separate booking company. Your booking and any card payment happen on their system, not mine, and they hold that information under their own privacy policy. I can see your booking, your contact details and the notes on it. I never see your full card number.

Paying

Card payments are handled by Fresha and its payment provider. I do not store card details anywhere.

Cookies

This website does not set any cookies. There is no tracking, no advertising pixel and no analytics on it. The fonts come from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google to load them and Google sees your IP address, in the same way it would on most websites. If I ever add analytics, I will update this page and ask before anything is set. There is more on the cookies page.

Who else sees your information

Nobody, apart from Fresha for bookings and the company that hosts this website. I do not sell your details and I do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

How long I keep it

For as long as you are a client, and for a reasonable time afterwards so I still have your history if you come back. Ask me to delete your details and I will.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask me for a copy of what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I will sort it out. If you are not happy with how I have handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
