Yes. If you are booking any lash or brow treatment and have not had a patch test with me in the last six months, one must be done 24 to 48 hours before your appointment. Get in touch, or book your patch test on Fresha.

A phone call is usually the fastest way to reach me. If I am with a client I will call you back as soon as I am free.

Not for lashes, brows or makeup. You book on Fresha and your card details hold the appointment. Weddings are different, because dates are reserved so far ahead, so those need a booking fee to secure the day.

Cancel more than 24 hours before and there is nothing to pay. Under 24 hours is charged at half the treatment price, and a same day cancellation or a missed appointment is charged in full.

With a clean face and no eye makeup. If you are having makeup done, a light moisturiser beforehand is welcome.
